In terms of which Warboss kit do you like better (Ease of assembly, detail, size, ease of conversion (because lets face it, he's getting a Powerklaw not a Choppa or Squig).)
I'd like to stick to a GW model, but I'd also be interested in other kits that do not look out of place in a GW ork army.
For the most part, I have a Badruk that I"ve used as counts as Warboss, because my friends never care.

I am the kinda ork that takes his own washing machine apart, puts new bearings in it, then puts it back together, and it still works. |

Well if you don't want to kit bash your own Warboss in a warbike there is one for sale at FW. The Warboss's on GW's website don't have PKs on them but no reason not to take a PK from one of the many left over bitz from various Ork boxes and glue it on instead of what it comes with. I'd still keep an Atk Squig with a PK, unlike most squigs and grots the Atk Squig isn't just One Use Only. Being able to reroll a melee atk every turn for the whole game can be helpful.
I have no idea how to get my hands on a Mega Armoured Warboss aside from using Ghazzy as a proxy. Some kitbash with a MANz body and Warboss limbs and head probably.

Hurr! Ogryn Bone 'Ead!

I just stuck some Nobz on 40mm bases and added some gubbinz to them.

Shadowrun is the best game ever. It's the only thing I have ever played in which I have jumped out of a shot out van with a chainsaw to cut a flying drone in half before leveling a building with ANFO assisted by a troll, a dwarf, an elf, and a wizard. |

It's not GW, but I love the Kromlech Warboss model.
He's a good size, too! Fear inspiringly large! Perfect for a Warboss!
I got one (still in bits) for my army that I'm building as GW do NOT do a good Warboss in MegaArmour.
Ghaz really needs a revamp...
