So I picked up the older resin Autarch today because not only is it cheaper than the new plastic one, but it actually has the banshee mask over the mandiblasters. However, aside from the hawk wings, I was going to arm him with a power weapon until I saw the Firesabre. It is 15pts more than the power weapon but i almost think the +1 strength is worth that alone even without the extra soulblaze and wildfire rules.
So basically he is equipped with hawk wings, shuripistol, firesabre and banshee mask.
Thoughts?

What is he doing in your force, is he running with hawks for first turn assault or is he just there for reserve manipulation?

The firesabre is worthless. You're paying twice the price of a power weapon to get two additional rules that when they actually work turn around and burn your own units. I would also actively avoid combat with my autarch since he will die vs pretty much everything.
