I posted a thread the other day about trading my empire for daemons. I appreciate all the input to deciding which army and the direction.

I went into my local shop the other day and went solely on what army I liked the most. So I've chosen skaven. I've started off with the vermin lord because I love the model and I'm soon to get Thanquol and a hellpit.

But just out of curiosity... how do skaven play? If they suck I'm not overly bothered as I love the models. But are there any models in should look into?

Thanks!

They are great in terms of numbers and shooting.

So, Jezzails, Poison Wind Globadiers, Stormvermins and SPECIALLY Poison Wind Mortars are the ones you should look to buy next time Then, a lot of Clanrats :p

I once played against their Cannon with my VC list. It really was a pain for me :S

P.S. You will want a Grey Seer and one Doomwheel in the future

Skaven are really good. A focus around slaves is kind of the cheesiest way to go.

The doomwheel, warp cannons, HPA, Grey seers, plague bell, all great choices.

Aftermath can be calculated.

Dark humor is like food, not everyone gets it.
