So I was in a tournament the other day and noticed something about my Thunderhawk. It's Turbo Laser Destructor is a Primary Weapon 1. Does this mean I get to roll 2 Dice on the destroyer chart when shooting at vehicles and take the highest, or does it not allow it? My TO stated since destroyer isn't rolling for Armor Pen I don't get to roll twice.

No, primary weapon effects armor penetration rolls. Destroyer weapons roll on their chart instead of rolling for armor penetration.

Primary weapons with Str D have no effect beyond moce and shoot and charge allowance (not that it matters with super heavies of any sort).
