Can't see anything about a new Tau codex coming soon but I notice that the codex is no longer available on the GW website?

But if you look at tau from the gw website it says "NO LONGER AVAILABLE"

Ah, I see, forgive me, The oracles in the NR thread did predict this however

Do you think this means that a new tau codex will be out in a few weeks?

Hm, for US delivery however it's still available. Have to watch it and see if it goes the same way.

edit: from what rumors I know of, no, not for awhile. SM is next in the summer, than a box set of tau vs raven guard, in the fall, THEN the new tau codex.

The rumor from a month ago or so was that the summer campaign was going to be a Raven Guard vs Tau box and the Tau were getting their codex before, Space Marines would be after, similar to how Tyranids got new models before Shield of Baal and Blood Angels got their's afterwards.

I thought the rumour was SM before, Tau after?

It might be coming out in paperback, didn't a couple of others do that?

That was my understanding as well.

The codex has been sold out in Australia, but in other places it's there.

Yeah from looking around I reckon its just moving to paperback instead of hardcopy. will find out soon enough.
