I took my Iron Hands force out for what I hope will be the final time last weekend. I say hope, as I'd like to sell them on.

They're a fully-painted, completely game-legal army of 1000pts, useable with both the standard Space Marine Codex and the Iron Hands expansion. It includes two Troops units, two HQs, a Heavy Support and an Elites slot unit. The army is made up of Forgeworld and the latest Games Workshop plastic kits. I think it's a nicely-modelled and painted force that deserves a better chance of table time than they're seeing here!

It would form the basis of a good 40k force (perhaps as allies to your existing army?), but as it includes mostly Heresy-era models, it'd also work well in the Age of Darkness expansion.
