Hey all, tomorrow I'm going to have my first real go at painting NMM and OSL on a miniature.
I've researched and I k ow which paints I'll be using and things like that.
But I need your help,
Does anyone have any tips that can help my models look better.
I'll be painting commander Dante of the blood Angels (NMM gold on armour, blue power weapon with blue OSL from power axe).
I'll post pictures as I work on it.

Cheers,
Ben

The best NMM I've ever seen is by a guy who called Tommie Soule (he's on Dakka somewhere!) who painted up a Sanguinary Guard a few year back. I'm not sure if there's an online tutorial anywhere but google his studio 'Golem' and see if you can find a picture for reference!

With regards to OSL, I'm a noob when it comes to that too. I haven't really sussed out a technique I like yet but I think less is usually more when it comes to OSL.. Start small!

There was an nmm tutorial on here last month by a dude painting celestine in gold. Andy Wardle also does an amazing nmm good using browns only
