So I was recently getting back to work on my pilotless Necrons, and was laying down a test paintjob on my recently finished Nightscythe. Got the base coat finished, and after finishing the matte clearcoat, I found that the airbrush had spat chunks all over it, ruining the paint with little white specks. I am not happy to say the least (well, at least the concept is working out so far).

I figured i'd see if anyone else had some paintjob fail images they'd like to show in solidarity

...and perhaps some advice on avoiding this in the future?

of cold hard reason: your irrationality, your human disease has no place in the necrontyr. Flesh is weak.

Might just be me, or it might be the picture, but I don't think it bad at all. I can't really explain why, but the spots just seem to fit in add a little character to the model. Like I said, just me or just the picture.

It's the cruddy photo. It has an almost irridescent quality to it, while the specks of white look like someone had a bad case of dandruff all over it.
