Can any regular tactical or heresy space marine heads fit on those Centurion ?

I'm thinking of giving them MKIII heads for a more old-school look (I know they were discovered in the 36th millennium but that doesn't mean they were not used prior to that era)

They will fit. The centurion heads are pretty big, as in they have a big neck lump, so regular helmets will definately fit

but will they look out of place ? are the MKIII heads the same size as centurion heads ?

Nah they will look ok. I tried the sevatar night lord helmet in it and it looked ok. Your biggest problem is that the helmet might look odd, being as mk 3 helmets look so antiquated compared to the new gear

I was thinking of using the mkiii rapier helmet...but yeah maybe i need to come up with different ideas to make the whole armor feel a little more like the mkiii aesthetic

Tbf it might be difficult.. The new armour is a world away from the overlapping plates and heavy rivets of the mk3. Good luck though!
