So in my area, I have noticed multiple Eldar players playing these wrong. The Gaurdian Host formation benefit gives Preferred Enemy to the War Walkers, Vypers & artillery, and the Spiritseer gives re-rolls to hit to Wraith units.

The problem is that people have been playing it as the unit getting the re-roll needs to be in range of the Gaurdians/Spiritseer respectively. But the rules say that they get the re-rolls if the TARGET is within range to the Gaurdians/Spiritseer.

So people in my area have been setting up a unit of Gaurdians in their backfield within 12" of the War Walkers, and giving them PE. However, the Gaurdians need to be within 12" of the War Walkers's TARGET, not the War Walkers themselves.

I just thought I would point that out since it has been an issue in my area.
