I know that from playing the 5ed codex, that since SW terminators couldn't deep strike, could take DP, but in the 7th ed codex, I see nothing restricting them from being able to take a drop pod. The only thing I see changing is that I would expend an FA slot to do so. Would putting SW terminators in a FA drop pod be a legal move?

Well, the termininators don't take a drop pod. That would imply the drop pod is a dedicated transport, and as such would be the same battlefield role as the terminators. However, as you said, if your army has a FA drop pod then terminators may be deployed within it.

Thanks, I have no problem with the bulky limitation, just needed to see if it can still be legal to put them in the pods
