You going to continue on with more in a series on running the shop? First show didn't have any pictures, figures, or discussion on startup. What's your plan? Any special events? What sells, what do you do to pick the games you stock? How do you handle cards? do you do trades? How do you handle ... unpleasant customers? How much of a say does the community have in how the stores day to day activities go? etc.etc....
I was pretty interested to see that you started up and have your additional job, do you do both work out of the same area? How much overhead are we looking at for the startup?
Starting cost, how do you get products, do you have a discussion on distributo9rs, what and how do you get to sell in the store, and how much of a say so does the distributor have in what is in stock? What about independent games, do you contact the producers directly, or do you have some other way to deal with that?
