Hi, so I just got this for a super nice price on eBay and wanted to make use of it it normal games in addition to running it has Aetaos'Rau'Keres from IA13:

I wanted to make some rules to submit to my gaming group. Pretty much anything will go so long as it's fair but the more people who like it the better.. and the more likely I can run it in my group in bigger games. Because narrative?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay so here is what I have going so far:

Exalted Lord of Change (Chaos Daemons Lord of War): 405 pts

Flying Gargantuan Creature

An Exalted Lord of Change generates its powers from the Change, Daemonology (Malefic) and Divination disciplines.

WS 6---BS 5---S 7---T 7---W 6---I 9---A 3---LD 9---SV -

Wargear: The Staff of Focus*, Tzeentchian Talismans*

Special Rules: Psyker (Mastery Level 3), Daemon of Tzeentch, Daemonic Instability, Deep Strike, Icon of Chaos

*The Staff of Focus: All models with the Mark of Tzeentch or Daemon of Tzeentch special rule within 12" of the Exalted Lord of Change must re-roll 1s when taking Psychic Tests. This rule also applies to the Exalted Lord of Change.

*Tzeentchian Talismans: If the Exalted Lord of Change successfully denies an enemy Witchfire, it learns the power and knows it for the rest of the game.

-------------------------------------------

What do you think? I think it can be killed easily and it offers some psychic power help to some nearby Thousand Sons. There is a chance it might be fighting some other Tzeentch stuff so that is cool.

The big question.. Is Toughness 8 appropriate? I won't even see a Wraithknight so I am not trying to copy it or compete against Eldar. I just think if a Wraithlord is 8 and this thing is bigger, I might can get away with it.. but it would need a points hike. Which I dont want.

Questions:
Does it only have a 5++?
Why did you give it an Icon of Chaos?

Otherwise, looking cool.

2k pts Tyranids (Hive Fleet Hornet)
