The core of the 3 lists is the same:WGBL, 2 squads of TWC, 2x10-man GH squads in pods, Stormwolf. The difference is
in the one ELITE slot where i use a 5xman WG squad in pod (LIST#1), a TLHF/HF dread in pod (LIST#3) or a Riffleman dread with pod (LIST#2, which in that case the pod drops empty). In the lists #2 and #3 where i use the dreads i change one plasma GH squad to a 2xmelta/combi-melta because i dont have a melta alpha strike in those two lists.

Which list do you think is better for an all corners tournament list???


I think i prefer the #2 with the riffle dread because i start the game with less points in reserve and more fire power on the table. Also i got a little better anti-air.

I tend to like list one.

It has pods in your opponents face, while your TWC move up with your HQ, followed by the air support of your Stormwolf. The other lists are good too, I just tend to favor more models than not. Although I have been recently tempted by the Axe/Shield Dread SW has...just have to survive a turn of shooting.

List one, agreed. Then list two.

I would recommend swapping one plasma to melta per GH squad, since this is all comers. Or at least in one squad.

As for the anti-air, list two is definitely stronger. The stormwolf could handle some, but some Long Fangs with flakk missiles could work too.

No points for longfangs , because i need a third pod and at 2 compulsory elites so the cheapest fire power i could get was the rifleman dread (4xTL STR7 shots is not that bad for the 115 points)
