If a psycher uses Spontaneous Combustion to target a model with "look out sir" ability, If that model passes the look out sir roll and a jobber in the unit dies, does the second part of the spell trigger (meaning the template) ?

The actual target of the spell didnt die.

I'd just look at it as the target of the spell changing. LOS means that instead of hitting the character you're hitting a grunt, and if you hit and kill said grunt he'll explode.
