For Harlequins you really need a shadowseer. Otherwise they are removed way too easily.

Mind if I ask why you chose the EML on the Exarch?
It looks like a pretty fun list, and seems to cover pretty much every base I can think of. I would however consider getting a shadowseer for the harlequins

Adding the Missile launcher allows the Exarch to shoot 2 skyfire missles at bs5 re-rolling, just in case I come up against a Flyer.
