Very nice! This is the way I like to see them - not all airbrushed to hell and over-the-top. We got a stoic defender of the Imperium, right here!

I'll be honest, I was expecting a No Frills supermarket theme Imperial Knight, with the logo and everything.

Still looks great though, keep up the good work!

Thank you for the kind words guys, yeah I always seem to swing towards clean and new paintjobs. I really would like to train myself to break out of this habbit a little though and start adding dirt and chips in places.

With what you have already, it wouldn't be hard to expand into chipping in a stylistic way, since you have such a firm grasp on painting. Just take some of your base color and put it down in a controlled, logical manner for damage and add a highlight color to the bottom of it in a thin line (to give the illusion light is hitting the ragged edge). Small bits and controlled go a long way. You can do some with a touch of metallic in the center too, for a deep gouge.

Good luck and I hope to see you jump into that in the future.

Wow, it looks like a slightly more weathered version of GW's showcase model. Color me impressed.
