I think this belongs in the tactics forum. Anyway...
I used to think they weren't worth it, being 30 and 35 points per model for the stalkers and infiltrators respectively, but I've put that behind me.
It's hard to give you hard numbers on these guys because of their fluctuating WS/BS but I'll try anyway by using my last game as an example.
All you have to do, is make sure they're not the only threat on the board. Seriously, 5 models with a 4++6++ and FNP are not going to survive for long, even stealth does little to change that.
However, a 5-man squad of infiltrators is probably going to put a lot of hurt on a lot of things it gets in range with. Pesky blob of orcs/guards in your way? BLAM, 25 shots, probably at BS5 or better. They're only Str 2 but with shred, on average we're looking at 11 wounds against T3 (that's more than 2 wounds per shooting model) or 6 wounds against T4. It might not seem that overwhelming, but their strength isn't in shooting.
I had picked +1 BS as my doctrine so my WS was 4.
On the charge, these guys have 4 attacks each. 2 base, +1 for charging and +1 for having 2 CCWs. So 21 attacks (character gets +1) on the charge with 5 guys.
Assuming I'm not fighting a deamon prince, I'll need 3's to hit on most things because of the aura.
That's about 13-14 hits, but there's bound to be about 3-4 6's, so we're looking at 19-22 hits ON AVERAGE (that's better than hitting on 2+).
You're Str 6 so you're able to wound everything relatively easy. Against toughness 4 you'll score about 17 wounds. If the target has a 3+ save, that's about 6-7 guys down before they even get the chance to strike if they aren't I5 or higher.
