Hey there folks, I'm new here obviously. I've been playing and collecting Warhammer 40 and Fantasy since the early 2000s (like 2000-2001 ish) but sold off or gave away many of my armies due to living in areas with no hobby scene. I moved to a bigger city and the hobby thrives here, so I've gotten back into 40k. Fantasy seems to have gone a little wonky since I last played, so I'm holding off on that for a while.

I play Space Marines, which I'm currently rebuilding and a repaint will be coming. I was considering making them Salamanders, because I generally like their fluff and colours and wanted something a little less standard than Ultramarines. I also play Orks and I'm working on getting bikes and wagons and other assorted goodies. There are so many new models that are out for the Orks now that it's insane. I really like the plastic nobs, meganobs, and flash gitz models. They look like a lot of fun to paint.

Generally I lurk a lot more than I post. I enjoy reading about the hobby and looking at painting and conversions, but I haven't had much experience in the new edition so I usually feel I don't have anything to add to rules discussions.
Anyways, hopefully I can add this place to the list of must checks I have every day.
