So I placed my second Forge World order this week. Both orders were well over the 250 pounds to get the free upgrade to express shipping. They say the express shipping comes with a tracking # (there's no way any package that big is getting shipped without a tracking number of some kind, let alone internationally) but for both orders (the first was months back, arrived in a timely manner), there was no tracking information whatsoever in the confirmation e-mails or on the order page.

So to the other people who have made orders from Forge World with the express shipping, did they give you the tracking number? Or do you have to call them (international calls, no thanks)? Or even e-mail them (which with how slow they have been replying to me lately, it'd probably already have been delivered by then)?

It's kind of frustrating because they advertise the service as having tracking aren't providing me the number to see when it is coming so I can be at the house that day.

The tracking number is probably not generated until the order is actually filled and set up to be picked up by the shipping company.

Never had a tracking number on any of the order's I've made, whether I paid for the shipping or not.

They emailed me saying the order has been dispatched. Still no tracking number. I received an earlier order and never got a tracking number. Silly because, as the picture shows, there is even a spot for it on their order page.

AFAIK no tracking number is ever given. When your package arrives you can look up the tracking number and view its history, but I've never received one for any of my packages (free shipping or not). I really don't know why they even say "you'll get a tracking number" when their system is clearly broken and has been broken for years.

I've had to email and ask for the tracking number in the past. Now I don't bother…

they dont supply it but they have access to it if the package is delayed or lost. but it usually arrives so fast there is no point.
