You have the spare points to upgrade the Zhanshi Medic to an actual Doctor. If you take the Tokusetsu you can also fit in a Yao Zao G:Servant for wider coverage.

I would be careful with the Nimbus LGL and only use it when it'll get you an actual advantage. It's best when protecting models moving up, not so much when you're fire fighting through it on your active turn.
