Hey guys of dakka dakka. This is actually my first ever post. Got the account..technically to make a quick advertisement and to induce an idea. I've got a friend who has made a drop pod variant. It looks like it could be. A hours heresy an pod etc. The model is on 'urban construct' website and it looks great. A picture will follow. Since skitaari was released I thought it might look good as a skitaari/imperial guard pod for friendly games. Any comments?

Can't Imperial Forces legally start the game in Blood Angel and Space Wolf fast attack drop pods anyway since they're battle brother and not dedicated transports? So you might be able to use them out of friendly games too.

Always cool to see models in a different armies style, will keep an eye out for pics

No offense to your friend, but I'm not feeling it. It looks like a lunar landing module. Plus it lacks the Victorian/steampunk feel of the skitari, I see this I think more Ork than imperial.
