I just bought these (retail), and yes, the printing issues for both my Martians and Human Alliance still exist. The Human Alliance cards are all printed on the back as Battle Cards. The Martians are all printed as Mission cards.

Why didn't Mantic pull these and fix them? Is it even worth contacting Mantic about this?

I'd definitely contact them. If they don't respond after a couple of attempts and/or you have unreasonable delay...

Buddy of mine kept getting blown off until he reported that non-responsiveness on the FB page for Dreadball that Ronnie Renton monitors from time to time. He got his stuff PDQ after that.
