Subject: So, what Codex/book/dataslate/formation to use in order to field an Assassin?

As the title says. There is an e-book/iPad version available on GW's website, but is there a hard copy? Did they print the rules in White Dwarf?
I'd like to add a single Culexis assassin to my Vostroyan Guard force as an optional character, but don't know where to find the rules for sure. Anyone have an idea?
Obviously they can't be used under the normal ally matrix as that requires an HQ and a troops choice at minimum. Are Assassins a stand alone ally that don't occupy a force organization slot? Obviously they're not Lords of War, Is there a data slate/formation for plugging just one Assassin in to an Imperial Army?
Lastly, were I to opt to do so, Could I field Guard as my primary CAD (Battleforged list) with an allied Imperial Knight Gallant (As a Lord of War?), and an attached Culexis Assassin to round out anti-psyker shenanigans?
I'm not worried about it being terribly effective from a competitive standpoint, it's a thematic list idea I'm working on and want it to be legal from a list building perspective.
Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading also.
Take it easy.

You don't know me son, so I'll explain this to you once: If I ever kill you, you'll be awake, you'll be facing me, and you'll be armed. |

White Dwarf 65 has everything you need in terms of unit rules.
In terms of fielding them, the Officio Assasinorum detachment has no HQ, and simply requires 1-4 Elites, which are the Assassins.
So add them as a secondary detachment and field your Assassin.
As an aside, the Assassins are a ton of fun.
EDIT: White Dwarf 65, not 66 (just checked my copy)

I'll need both White Dwarf 65 and 66 for fielding the Knight Gallant as well (Until I can pick up the Knight codex). Guess I'll hit up my FLGS and see if they have any of the recent issues in stock still. Here's hoping.
Thanks for the assistance Amayasu.
I'm only left wondering if running an Imperial Guard CAD, an Officio Assassinorum secondary Detachment (1 Model) and an attached Imperial Knight Gallant (Ally or Ally Detachment?) would be be an acceptable list for general play as a take all comers/fun list to use.
Thoughts to ponder for now. Take it easy everyone.

Me either, but less is more in my view. I like to keep it to two at most personally, as that seems like a pretty decent metric generally speaking.
I'll note, the Knight Gallant would only be for 1500+ point games (Most likely 1850 would be the lowest point value I'd field it at, strictly speaking).
Appreciate the feedback everyone. Much obliged.
Take it easy.

I don't think people will mind you fielding three imperial detachments, especially IG, an Assassin and a Knight - they're kinda intended to work that way.
It's not like you're fielding three Riptides, a Wraithknight and a Bloodthirster in some OP three-way detachageddon.
