Good job! I think the head is sitting rather strange on the model. It looks as if it's floating or something, were you going for that look?

I also feel that his pose is really calling for his head to look at the resorb he's holding.

Good job though! I'm yet to take the steps to convert my own Destroyer Lord. This will serve as inspiration for sure

That overlord model is odd with the head, it only fits that way.
