Once more i bring out my renegades and in this game i fight an eldar force consisting of a wraithhost detachment and a small CAD force. So much high toughness stuff is a real pain for me to shift but i'm always up for a challenge. We play a mealstrom of war game with dawn of war deployment

Hope you enjoy.

Very cool report, thanks for sharing!

Also, if I recall right (books not at hand), Arch Demagogues are 1+, so your second CAD would have needed a command squad for the mandatory HQ (probably a better choice than a psyker anyways tbh)

Shame about the Plaguebearers and Valkyrie coming in too late to do anything.

Really tough game.- I'd go with all demolishers.

With the whole 1+ and 0-1 options, i have looked in the rules and can't see any reference to them, so does it mean in the army or per detachment?

I guessed army, but i can see both could be argued.

How can the eldar attempt a charge on turn 1?

Looks like the Zombies and the Wraithknight were both deployed at the very front of their deployment zones.

The Wraithknight, a Jump Gargantuan Creature, moved up 12, then attempted a charge - thus the 'needing 12 to make it'.

Anyways, I liked this report, and even learned some things to keep in mind for my next game with my Eldar.

EDIT: Oops, that should be 'the infantry' and not 'the Zombies'.
