Sweet! I love the Mk2 Viper, well done!

Just realised that it is 1/72 scale. Is that a new kit, I only knew about the 1/32 version?

Well then that is another couple of kits to add to the list, thanks for the reply!

Until this post I was only aware of the 1/32 Kit and the small Micro Machines Titanium model.

I think there is enough room in the parking lot...

That would be, what, about 150yards long at 1/72 scale?

I would be in for a 1/72 kit, but only if free shipping was provided.

BeAfraid wrote:I overestimated it a bit in any case. I was looking at the "All the Universe's Starships" poster, which has the newer BSG as being about 2x the length of the original series, which was supposed to be about two miles long (from the Starlog #1 issue from the 1970's). That would still make it only about 120yards (and, it would be 20meters, which is about 20yards).

I have kits of both the original series Galactica and the 'new' Galactica in 1/4105 scale, the original version dwarfs the ‘new’ one easily.

Thought I would post up a quick pic of the 'head' size difference from the model kits. Both kits are 1:4105 scale.

Spoiler:

Old Galactica on top, new on bottom.

I really need to finish her up!
