Do you have a particular affinity for the avengers?

They are ok this edition but all bikes for troops is the competitive meta at the moment.

I would suggest dropping them for more bikes with heavy guns and/or more warp spiders

I like the Avengers for their capability for more ap2 shots and also for their +1 BS with the aspect shrine. I prefer them over bikes for their play style however I do own 8 bikes in total (9 including HQ as it was converted pre-release of the new kit) Also I only have one unit of warp spiders at the moment.
