I put some glue down while working on a base and immediately i could see thin wisps of smoke like vapour coming from where i had just put the glue. Don't know if its toxic or not so I just opened a window and left it for now.

What i wanna know is what caused it and is it harmful?

I'm using P3 super glue at the moment which is different from my usual brand, everything else i'm using is pretty normal and i've used before.(i.e. bits both FW and GW, bit of green stuff, some etched brass, and maybe some paint spills.)

thanks for any replies.

CNA glues will do that, especially fresh bottles.

Ever watch crime investigation shows where they use vapors to bring out fingerprints on an item? That's CNA glue they're using.

Yes, it can be hazardous in high concentrations. A bit of ventilation is in order when using CNA... even if it's NOT giving off visible fumes.

If you want some serious fumes, spill some on cotton wool, or on your jeans ...
