I came across a Player who played with His Orks against some of my knights.
He claimed that also a 6 in the stomp table doesnt instakill the guys under the template.
According to his interpretation the rule doesnt exolicitly state" no saves of Any kind allowed"
When i think about it i think He is right...
For example... A strength D hit states " no saves blablub"
Or instant death on some Models.
The Phrase is missing... Any ideas?

You are correct that it doesn't say no saves.
However, you only get to take saves against wounds. No wounds were caused. The models are simply removed as casualties. You can take your saves, but they do nothing for you as you can only save against wounds. Same reason you can't save against Markerlights. StrD needs to say no saves allowed because it does cause wounds.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines
Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.
Stomp 6's are the most powerful thing I have ever used in 40k - they ignore invulns, they cannot be look-out-sir-ed, eternal warrior won't save you, nor will lots of wounds, you can't take FNP or reanimation - they are crazy powerful.
