I'm working on a grot rebel kill team, and need some help with my Ork speak for banners and tanks and such
Do these sound like proper ork speak?
"Down wif da waaagh!"

"Grotz da best 'der is"

"We da boss' now"

"Dey ain't got no stringz on me"

I wasn't really sure whether to post this here or in P&M, but since its more of a background thing, figured here would be the place

Those are plenty good, and work perfectly. One saying I had, feel free to ignore it or use it, it's up to you. "Orkz iz made fer fightin'. Grotz iz made fer winnin'." To poke fun at the common ork phrase in the first DoW.

This sounds very Orky to me. If you want it to sound Grotty it should sound a bit weedier - say, for example, 'We grotz iz da best dere iz!' instead of the gruffer 'Grotz da best dere iz!'

It's just a little more wheedling and wimpy than a pure Orky-brutal accent.

My two cents.

Since orks aren't good at speaking gothic, it's probably best to get as many errors in as possible, it doesn't really matter how you do it as long as they're there.

EDIT: Just make sure it looks like it was written by something that didn't really even know how to write.

The thing about Grots is though, when they get confident enough (usually in big numbers) they get quite cheeky and cocky and ultimately try and emulate their bigger brothers speak, so making them sound tough is quite applicable
