Because it doesnt say "may be taken in a tank from Codex:Space Marines" does that mean he can pilot a Fellblade,Glaive or Falchion Legally? (As long as it is part of the ultramarines faction)

This should probably be in You Make Da Call. My gut says yes, but you should take it over their so the smart rules guys will help you out

You can't legally take a Glaive or Falchion in 40k, but I see no reason a Fellblade, Typhon or Cerberus taken as a LoW couldn't be commanded by him.
