So, I only got into infinity a few weeks ago and was building a Nomads force, I then got some Haqqislam in a sweet deal but recently I went a bit mad on eBay and bought a load of Steel Phalanx stuff. I didn't really have a clue what I was getting so I just bought stuff I thought looked cool. So, here's what I got, can I build a decent list with it and what should I get next?

Myrmidon with spitfire
Pentesilea (this model is so cool I don't even care if it turns out she's useless!)

I thought I had bought the set of Myrmidons as well but I guess I must have missed those off, I'll probably get a set though.

Are there any decent sniper units in a Steel Phalanx list?

That's a nice spread of Steel Phalanx stuff. I don't play the faction, but from knowing the units well enough (my friend plays Aleph) you shouldn't have problems making lists with those.

And yes, Steel Phalanx has a great sniper - Atalanta. Also Agema Marksmen.

Welcome to the Greeks. Like said above no problem with building a list from that.

As what else to get Phoenix is the man. Achilles may be are poster boy, but Phoenix is are hero. Put him in a link and do best evil laugh.

The Myrmidon box is also a great buy, as you can't go wrong with more Myrmidon.

Ekdromoi for deployment options or Diomedes he cost a more but a MK12 to the back is great.

Ajax is also fun, a big target. But, B5 Combi for the win.

As for Snipers the Agema is great but we get some fun picks in are named Agema Atalanta and Teucer some might not like them. But, the ability to get BS20 for the right shot should be over looked.

Also look at the Dire Foes box for Nomad/ALEPH is got some thing for 2 of you forces. Both nice additions for their faction and a civie too.

Thanks for the replies, I couldn't help myself and added the Myrmidons and Nesaie Alké to my order last night! I forgot I had already ordered the dire foes boxed set as well! I'm thinking Pheonix and a sniper next.
