So I have recently come to own ten metal Dark Eldar witches, and some plastic Necron warriors, deathmarks, and lynchguard. Thing is, I dont play Dark Eldar or Necrons so, I'm looking to convert. I play Chaos Space Marines, Footdar, and Tyranids while my younger brother plays IG, I have come to the modeling community today in hopes that you guys have a conversion idea or something to spark my imagination.
Ideas that can be justified or made fluffy of course!

Witches can be turned into Slannesh cultets pretty quickly with a snip of the ears and weapon changes

Necrons you are SOL but you can chop em up into basing material for eldar which would work well.

Possibly use the Necrons for Dark Mechanicus to go with your CSM? Chaos-Crons are still viable so a bit of adjustment with some bits and you could have some nice allies

I guess you can also chop em up for some Iron warrior/dark mech bionic bits too. those arms work really well for it.
