Marauders look good on paper but never work in game. I recommend Ogryn berserkers for Elites.

I also think you'll be better off with Quad-Launchers as opposed to Heavy Mortars. But that's just my opinion.

I think you're going to suffer with no troops unless you're playing a game mode where other unit types can capture objectives.

You also lack speed and control over the mid field, which could be an issue.

Thanks for your feedback.

I took the marauders as the elites tax actually, and squeezing in two heavy stubbers per minimum squad seemed like a good deal for an elites tax that gets stealth.

Quad-Launchers are better but I prefer Heavy Mortars larger threat range with the extra strength.

I was going to put the Medusae close to the middle of my deployment zone so that it can fire at all corners of the board. I would also possibly take the Divination relic by switching the crimson slaughter supplement and pray for ignores cover. But twin linking those Medusae is also nice and getting that Fire Raptor in sooner!

Not tempted by the ordnance tyrant? The ability to bomb out units locked with the maulers could be a huge boon.

Yeah, a ton of pie plates would give the Maulers a lot of room to move up the field. Given the general lack of speed with this army, I think the focus has to be on long range threats.

Yes it's a good idea, I'll miss the extra two warp charges and two more rolls on biomancy with the Primaris-Witch, who makes the Medusae FEARLESS also.
