Looks like you have zero legitimate anti tank. A single squad of Plagues isn't a reliable source. Did you really purchase a combibolter on your Bike Champion? Even though his bike has one normally?

I don't like Havoc Launchers on Rhinos. Means they're not rushing 18" per turn when you stop to shoot. Plagues make very good Objective Taking troops and Rhinos don't make good weapon platforms. I would change that.

This list would be absolutely demolished by a single Vindicator. Two and you may as well not put models on the table. That's the hard counter to this list here, so if include something that can counter that. Drop a squad and invest is some dedicated antitank. Predators or Obliterators or something to that effect. Maulerfiends wouldn't be out of place with some Spawn escorts but you'd have to drop more than one squad for that.

A lord, 4 squads of plague marines w/rhino and 8 bikers?

It has the following weaknesses:
Needs more anti-tank.
Needs more anti-air.
Needs more anti-meq.


My advice would be to exchange two of the plague marine groups for a heldrake and a forgefiend. Should still leave you with enough points to get a couple of obliterators and maybe even 10 cultists which can camp home objective.

Your chaos bikers are also unnecesary large. If you split it into 2x4, you get more maneuverability and can take 1 with 2 flamers, and 1 with 2 meltas giving you further anti-armor.
