The 2nd Horus Heresy book has a Rites of War Restriction against the "Heavy" rule. What is this in reference to? Heavy Weapons?

Thanks. You can use Heavy Support in an Emperors Children army, just not of you want to use the Rites of War, correct?

Sorry I was wrong, Heavy as in Heavy Vehicles. So any thing that has "Heavy" listed in its Unit type, Heavy Support choices are still fair game.
