Hey guys! im charging with whole green tide of orks in unit with different type of saves, and completly surround enmemy that way so its only a few boy models adjust to the 2+ armr guy. Can he tank the whole bunch of hits from models which out of base contact and out of 2 inches ?

You always target the closest model to the targeting unit. So, if the 2+ armour guy is the closest one to the enemy unit, he'll tank all of its shots.

In Assault, wounds are allocated to the "Closest" model to the model that is making the attacks. In a tie, the controlling player decides who is "closest" (in shooting it is random allocation, but in assault, the owner decides).
So let's say your Green Tide assaults a unit of Space Marines with a Captain in Terminator armor.
When the Initiative 2 step comes up in assault, your Boys pile in, and they swing. 5 of them might be in Base to Base contact with the Captain. 15 or 20 of them might be in Base to Base contact with the Space Marines. However, your Boyz are simply swinging at "The Space Marine Unit". After you roll your swings and your wounds, your opponent gets to decide which model is "Closest" to the Ork Boyz. Since they are all in Base to Base, he can pick any model he wants, including the Captain in Terminator armor.
If he DOES pick the Captain in Terminator Armor, then yes, the captain can tank all the saves. If he dies, then your opponent picks the next space marine in base to base that he wants to count as "closest", and continues to roll saves until THAT one dies.
BUT!
Then at Initiative Step 1, your Nobz attack. Your opponent has to pick a model in Base to Base contact WITH THE NOB as the closest. Since you're using Green Tide, it's possible that multiple Nobz might be in Base to Base, in which case he would have to pick, like before. So if you get your Nob in Base to Base with the Terminator, then the Terminator has to take the wound first (which would probably be good for you!)

I think he means in assault
You have to allocate to Base contact first before anyone out of base contact then closest from the specific attacker though most just fast dice them in groups.

Is that a special rule for Nobz or something? Why wouldn't the still living 'closet' model from the previous initiative step still be the closest model until it dies?

Because the wounds go to the model that is closest to the model or models currently swinging. That can be a different model au each initiative step.
