So, I have the Inquisition codex, and I had the idea to work on some models for it using Grey Knight models for the Henchmen and for the Inquisitors themselves, but I want to bulk them down a bit more than they are currently, and was wondering some decent ways to do that for normal power armor, since I haven't done anything like this before and wanted them to be smaller and slightly more distinct. My bigger question about bulking down though is for a Terminator Inquisitor, I don't want him to be super huge, and I know they made old Inquisitor terminators, but I like the new kits personally.

Shadowrun is the best game ever. It's the only thing I have ever played in which I have jumped out of a shot out van with a chainsaw to cut a flying drone in half before leveling a building with ANFO assisted by a troll, a dwarf, an elf, and a wizard.

You could always remove one or both shoulders and do arm swaps. Give them a more gladiatorial look and is pretty simple. The best thing about the human models is your swap options are limitless. For a more rugged look try some fantasy marauders for smaller armor options or some Gaurd bits for a spec ops feel.
