So, I've read through the rules for Chain Reaction and I've got two rulebooks for some of Rebel Minis mods. I want to try playing them, but I'm not quite understanding exactly how the enemy units operate. Can anyone familiar with the Chain Reaction system explain to me how the enemy units activate and function in solo play? Do they function like the heroes with a single "star" unit that operates individually while the others simply function using the reactions? Or do the enemies function entirely using reactions?

You're probably better off asking this on the two hour wargames forum.

I'd have to agree with LuciasAR,
There might well be someone here that can help you out, but if not, I think the THW forums are frequented by the author of the game.

Can't link to it at the moment, but 2hrwargames still has a very active yahoo group, that the game designer moderates, and he will answer your questions if no one else does.

I have a half dozen of their games, but it's been too many years since I've actually played any of them to answer your question.

Enemies function using the tables on page 33. Otherwise, they use the normal In Sight and Activation rules and take Reaction tests normally. Enemy forces may have Stars and could use their Star power as per the rules.
