Hi everyone,

Our friend has kicked off our 40K campaign -- just finished the Turn 0 deployments today.

Now we need to decide what to do next....

We are playing Orks, with Fork and Spork, the Supreme Ork Warbosses....

Option 1 -- charge for the Hive City and open up access to the Pythos IV moon
Option 2 -- charge the Eldar on right (the closest to us)
Option 3 -- charge the Tyranids on the left (the second closest to us)
And, of course, a bunch of non-Orky options like hunker down or try to claim land

Any thoughts on who you'd go after first?

Here's a link to our campaign write-up (from the Ork point of view) and map....

Thanks

Orks would go for the closest fight, so Eldar.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Of course a clever brainboy would say take the center so you can fight everybody.

Spork was thinking like you - go after Eldar. Fork (must have the help of a brainboy) says go to the center and fight everybody.

So, we are moving to the center

Turns out 'Nids on our left split their forces; Eldar on our right did as well. So, made a move up the middle and then reversed and charged the Tyranids hoping to catch them busy eating.

Not sure if this is brainboy type stuff -- or a bad idea in general. Will know soon....
