With the announcement of Fallout 4, our group figured we would try out a post apoc skirmish game. Came across "This is Not a Test" http://worldsendpublishing.com/this-is-not-a-test/

Wondered if anyone here has played it? Its 25$, and wanted to know some opnions on it first.

I've not seen the final product, but our club was one of the playtesting groups. We enjoyed it. It's got a very nice campaign mechanic and though it has a good setting, it's very open-ended if you want it to be.

You can read our battle reports and impressions here:

Just remember that this was a playtest, so I imagine some things have been tweaked and adjusted since then.

Overall, I recommend the ruleset.

I have the .pdf and it is fething brilliant. Elegant rules, extensive warband/character creation, massive weapon/equipment list, varied scenarios, random encounters and great campaign system.

Also, anyone who buys the .pdf will get a discount on the rulebook when it goes physical.

Highly recommended!
