Bridge Assault is a game type best played with four players in two teams with armies totaling in 3000 points or more. It requires 2 bridges of equal length and two tables or play areas. The bridges should be placed 2ft from each other and be wide enough to accompany the widest vehicle in play. 1ft wide should be sufficient and will put the bridges a foot from the edge of the table. Teams have an entire table as their deployment zone and can deploy up to 18in from the bridges.

The bridges award 3 victory points for each turn they are held. Players also score 1 victory point for each unit on the opposing teams table, D3 if the unit has objective secured, dedicated transports are considered part of their attached unit for the purpose of scoring points. If a unit would score victory points from multiple sources take the highest. Flyers and Flying Monsterous Creatures must be in hover mode or an equivalent mode to score points.

Night fighting, slay the warlord and first blood are still in play.

For models to end their movement in between the tables, they must be on a bridge.

I am a little concerned about balance with armies that have grav tanks like the eldar, tau and dark eldar. What do you guys think? Would you play it, how would you adapt your tactics? Your lists?

Soooo
2v2 750 each player

Grav tanks wont matter as there max normal move is still 12"

Add in Flat out during shooting still requires them to have ended move in the middle

The problem will come with eldar jet bikes which can turbo boost some dumb number.

(i might be wrong about the above)

If i had to make a list perhaps some kinda drop pod iron clad thing. Clog up the bridge off the get go and use the narrowness to prevent butt shots.
