Hey all its that time again, its time to post the June Huzzah Hobbies RTT! And yes we still are an ITC event! For more information about the ITC click here!

This month will be like last months we're going to be using NOVA Open format with the new NOVA Open Missions and FAQ. The NOVA Open is going to be updating their mission packet sometime this month. This update will include the new Army Construction Guidelines and other updates. Please see this PDF from Mike Brandt talking about the Format Adjustment.

I will post an update when the new packet is released, but until then we'll be using last month's Army Construction (which should be the same or very similar to what the updated packet is going to look like). The gist of that is you can have up to 3 detachments, 2 of them may be CAD-Like the last one may be Non-CAD Like. If you take a combi-detachment (Decurion type) that counts as your 2 CAD-Like detachments. If you have any questions on army construction please email me at elphilo40k at gmail dot com.

Some things to remember:

Super Heavy and Gargantuan Creatures will not be allowed at the NOVA Open so they will not be allowed at the RTT. This means NO IMPERIAL KNIGHTS AND WRAITHKNIGHTS!

Since you are allowed to double CAD you still must followed the Allied Detachment rule. Meaning that the Allied Detachment may NOT be the same faction as your Primary Detachment

Here are some Event House Rules that I use:

Are unpainted models allowed?

YES! You can have a full army of gray on the table it doesn't matter. All that matters is you come out and have fun!

Are proxies allowed?

To an extent. Please give me an email at elphilo40k at gmail dot com for approval of proxies before Saturday. As if you wait till Saturday to ask me, you might not like what I rule.

Just as an FYI our MAX is 32 players. So if you want to play you should really call up the store and sign up. Please arrive between 10 am and 10:30. Round 1 will start around 10:45am. No need to sign up though it is preferred (and if we reach max and you're not signed up there's nothing I can do!). You can call the store at 703-466-0460 or visit their website www.huzzahhobbies.com for location / number. $15 gets you in and we feed you lunch! Also this is a cash only event. So please hit up that ATM before you get there as the closest one is a few miles down 7.

Also NOVA updated their primer so we will be using it as well. Only difference is it updated its army construction rules. Which we were already using anyway.
