So for about 5 hours now I've had a tiny bit of a song stuck in my head, and it's really annoying me now. This is probably gonna be really difficult, I've only got a tiny part. I've tried googling it countless times, and I've tried singing the melody into an app but I can't sing very well. I'm starting to think I dreamt it or am going mad.
It's recentish I think, kind of charty rubbish (I don't even think I like it but it's winding me right up). And all I have is a bit from I think the chorus, it's a woman singing, and it goes 'I wanna, I wanna, I wanna' just three times like that, with the same three note descending melody for each 'I wanna'. And no, it isn't the spice girls
Sorry for the weird question, and I appreciate it really isn't much to go on, just need to put my mind at ease! I'm hoping someone can recognise it from that description.
Is there anything more to go on? What sort of voice, pacing, anything?
Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.
Excerpt from "Seeress of Kell", Book Five of The Malloreon series by David Eddings.
"You need not fear us, unless you are a dark heart, a vile one who preys on the innocent; I promise, you can’t hide forever in the empty darkness, for we will hunt you down like the animals you are, and pull you into the very bowels of hell." Iron - Within Temptation
I suggest you keep cracking away on shazam or sound hound. I've hummed stuff into it for ages without anything, but eventually you do something right and it finds what you're looking for. It sounds ridiculous, but I found a song that I'd been searching for for years with only a few notes from the chorus.
