Ran across an interesting article on slate that apparently FTC for the first time ever is going after a Kickstarter Campaign Creator Erik Chevailer. Erik according the article used the money on himself even though the game was eventually completed.

I have heard about problems with kickstarter before but this is the first time the FTC has gotten involved.
