Hey all, trying to put together a Scourge list, and I think I have an okay list, but I could use some feedback. Tell me what you think!

I like the ravagers, but I think they might either be too much with the reapers, or not enough on their own. Should I even bother with them?

Only 4 battlegroups will hurt you, badly. Any less than 6 battlegroups and your opponent will run roughshod over you with their extra activations after you've done yours.

You can pull it off by moving one of the squads of Prowlers to its own Occupation Patrol, and by splitting the Hunters so that 3 are in a battlegroup by themselves. I'd envision it something like this:

If I split up my hunters, I lose the CD rack and don't have enough points for a dropship for all three groups.

Would it be worthwhile to drop a base of warriors and put them in an Intruder Alpha instead?

Having a unit drive on isn't the worst thing possible, especially with the high speed of your skimmers.

Dropping down to 2x2 warrior bases definitely works too.

You could try running something like this. It loses the minders and a reaper, but you now have four squads of infantry (two squads of destroyers) and six battle-groups. It might be worth it to look into adding a unit of Eviscerators (the new Scourge infantry unit being released at the end of this month) as a replacement for a single unit of Destroyers to let you dominate a CQB, but I prefer the versatility of the standard version.

Those look pretty awesome! I'm not exactly attached to the Minders, they were there to fill in points.

I'll also think about driving the hunters onto the board. I always forget how fast Scourge are, even without dropships. It also saves me real world money not having to pick up that CD rack transport.
