I was looking at deciding to treat myself to one of them as they look so good and the quality is ment to be great, but what about bubbles, mid casts or other issues forgeworld are known to have?

I was looking at sigsmund as cool model plus could be used in my templer force as a very good champion or HQ, and bit different to regular marine models.

Are they up close good as they look online?
And excuse any spelling mistakes, I've had the odd lovely fresh from the barrel organic cider :-)

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all.

The characters series - of which I own several - have all been fantastic.

I haven't had any myself, but I've also not heard of any problems with the series. In general, though, FW quality seems to be getting better, I haven't heard any real horror stories for years, and the occasional issue that does crop up is no worse than the majority of resin models available these days.

See, you're trying to use people logic. DM uses Mandelogic, which we've established has 2+2=quack. - Aerethan

TFOL and proud. Also a Forge World Fan.
I should really paint some of my models instead of browsing forums.

BTW if there are ANY casting problems whatsoever just contact FW and they will provide you with a new cast of the part/model for free. In fact they usually just send an entire new model for a character meaning you get some great conversion parts out of the deal. FW mistakes are usually a blessing.

Agh that's good, sounds about right given how much they charge at times, they can afford it im sure. :-)
