I have gotten myself a 3D printer and all the kids around me wants a karambit knife from CS:GO
One i need to paint is the blade which has a purple metallic tint to it.
So my question is. How do i paint purple metallic?

Prime the model first; I would suggest black. Then mix purple paint with metallic medium (which has little flakes of mica in it), and paint it on with a paintbrush

Edit -- Vallejo makes a metallic medium, and I think Golden and/or Liquitex have a pearlescent or metallic medium (in a MUCH larger size).

The other option is the paint your metallics and then apply a clear coloured paint over the top (FW now make their own but their are other options), by doing a clear purple you'll maintain the metallic shine from the colours beneath through your purple to give a metallic purple

Vallejo premium air metallic violet should do the trick, I am using that along with their premium metallic blue and some reds on my new Eldar army.
