My idea here is that the Destroyers are within 6 inches of the Triarch Stalkers so they get BS 5 - hitting on 2's, re-rolling 1's. Then getting to re-roll failed wounds and armor pens. The Warlord protects the line or goes challenge hunting. The praetorians jump to objectives and fight MEC/GECs getting to re-roll hits and wounds in shooting thanks to target designated thanks to two sources.
Taking two formations of the Judicator Battalion gives you two stalkers in separate units rather than as a squadron. Stalkers and heavy destroyers give good anti armor, destroyers give good shooting, praetorians give good shooting and close combat - with +1 attack and hurting anything on a 6 and rending. What do you think?

++ Selection Rules ++
- I've left in some of the important rules that the formations gives here:
Extermination Protocols: All units in this Formation re-roll failed To Wound rolls and Armour Penetration rolls in the Shooting phase.
Fearsome Ruler: If this Formation is chosen as your Primary Detachment, you can re-roll the result when rolling on the Warlord Traits table in Codex: Necrons.
Preferred Enemy: Reroll to-hit and to-wound rolls of 1.
Target Designated: At the start of each of the controlling player's Shooting phases, nominate one enemy unit within line of sight of a Triarch Stalker from this Formation. All units from this Formation can re-roll failed To Hit, To Wound and armour penetration rolls against the nominated unit until the end of the phase.
Targeting Relay: All friendly non-vehicle units with the Necrons Faction within 6" of at least one Triarch Stalker add 1 to their Ballistic Skill, unless they are firing Snap Shots.

That's hardly actually any fire power at all. Enemies will shoot those praetorians pretty quickly and then you'll have very limited CC. Destroyers are great at shooting but they aren't going to do very well against hoarde armies at all.

Dude, you've gotta be able to contend with the Gladius Strikeforce now. At 1500, SM can take upwards of 25 units that ALL have objective secured. Play to the strengths of the Crons. Just horde MSU up with the Decurion and play the marines at their own game.

Rule #1 is Look Cool.

Unless I am mistaken I am only counting 1095 points. Did you forget to include something?

The OP included two judicatory battalions, making it an even 1500.

I would reverse this. Take 2 Destroyer Cults and one Battalion.

Just ups your firepower so opponents have to ignore the Praetorians. Also the HGC on the Stalkers is a good idea if they are sitting backfield to buff the Destroyers. Don't be afraid to put Heavy Destroyers into destroyer units either.

Yes my Colour is Black but not for the reasons stated mainly just because it's slimming... http://imperiusdominatus.blogspot.com
